This site is designed to keep members up to date on what is being planned for our Centennial Celebrations as well as to provide access to a treasure chest of historical and interesting information.
Please visit often as information will be added as events are developed, trivia questions are answered, and photos and video are captured.
Centennial events are being designed to be for Members Only so that all 1600 members can be accommodated.
Check out the Centennial Logos that will be used this year. The "100" logo at the top of this page includes the original club logo in the second "0". The logo to the right is a simplified version of the existing logo with the pump "turned" which is the view of the pump by 9th green from the club house.

When the clock hit 12 on New Year’s, time began to move backwards. All year long, SFCC will be reimagining both social and golf events to travel back to 1924, with stops in some iconic decades along the way.
The Tournament and Centennial Committees are busy with ideas to Turn Back the Clock on the golf course, including a 100-Hole tournament and playing the Original 9-Hole layout using wooden clubs and mesh-pattern golf balls. Of course, dressing the part in knickers and long skirts will be a must.
The members of SFCC are commissioning a stately, 4-sided post clock to be installed near the 1st tee. The 12-foot-tall clock, a focal point as members arrive, will be an elegant reminder of SFCC’s history and a legacy for the future. Members are invited to donate funds; those who donate $500 will have their names printed on a plaque by the base of the clock.
